Pattern has been SA8000:2014 certified since 2013.
In 2024, the company achieved the goal of extending SA8000 certification to all companies that joined the Group, implementing an Integrated Management System Certification (SA8000:2014 - ISO 45001:2018 - ISO 14001:2015) across all the Group's Business Units.
