A new building for the leather goods polo of Pattern Group in Tuscany

Officially opened, with the presence of journalists and clients, the new building of Idee Partners - Pattern Group. An industrial redevelopment without land consumption and with a focus on sustainability. The structure, part of the Pattern Group's leather goods polo, not only meets the highest building standards but also expands production capacity with high energy efficiency, achieving 70% self-sufficiency. Designed with the goal of optimizing and reducing environmental impact, the new building reflects the needs of an evolving sector with the aim of expanding the company's production capacity at the Scandicci site, in addition to the plants in Reggello and Bientina, following the acquisition completed in 2023.
