Idee Partners acquires RGB

Luca Sburlati, CEO of the Pattern Group, together with Francesco Martorella and Fulvio Botto, founders and majority shareholders of Pattern, commented:

The acquisition of RGB is for Idee Partners the continuation of a strategy started in 2021 with the acquisition of 60% of Petri & Lombardi, historic Tuscan leather goods manufactures with headquarters in Bientina made of about 40 people and a Production Value of over € 2 million in 2021. Both acquisitions aim at the consolidation of one of the biggest Tuscan Independent Hubs in the leather goods sector, integrated into both the Engineering and Production Made In Italy. 

Thanks to this latest acquisition Idee is now able to increase its production power, with a workforce of about 220 employees and a state-of-the-art internal organization structured for production lines. By strategically combining the focus on product development with an impressive direct production capacity, Idee Partners thus becomes a reference player in the leather goods sector in Tuscany.
