RIF.: 06-2024 – DB CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS EXPERT

For Pattern - Collegno (TO), we are looking for CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS EXPERT

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of the Consolidated Financial Statements (annual and quarterly) with the related consolidation entries;
• Drafting of the Consolidated Notes, preparation, and monitoring of Intercompany reconciliations;
• Support to Management Control in the consolidation of both budget and forecast management reporting, including the preparation of the descriptive section;
• Interface with subsidiary companies;
• Interface with Accounting Firms

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Economics and Commerce;
• At least 5 years of experience initially gained in auditing firms and subsequently in preparing IAS/IFRS consolidated financial statements within international and structured companies;
• In-depth knowledge of international accounting principles IAS/IFRS;
• Previous experience as an Auditor and/or with publicly listed companies;
• Knowledge of advanced Cpm software (Oracle);
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
